I run a busy interior design studio and I’m ready to bring on a full-time teammate who can balance creative work with clear, organised communication. You’ll sit at the intersection of design delivery and brand presence, guiding projects from the first concept sketch through to final styling while making sure our voice stays engaging across every marketing channel. Day-to-day you will: • Shape concept development: produce mood boards, space plans and presentation decks that capture the brief and inspire clients. • Oversee project coordination: manage timelines, liaise with suppliers and trades, track budgets and keep all stakeholders informed. • Curate material selections: specify finishes, furnishings and fixtures, document them professionally and secure samples when required. • Drive marketing support: create and schedule social media content, draft concise email campaigns, and research market trends or competitor activity to refine our strategy. Success in the role means polished English in both writing and conversation, a sharp eye for modern aesthetics (with the flexibility to pivot styles), and the confidence to speak with clients as the studio’s representative. Proficiency with common interior design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and social tools (Canva, Later/Hootsuite, Mailchimp) will let you hit the ground running. I measure outcomes weekly—completed design milestones, project status reports, scheduled posts, email performance metrics—so you’ll always know where we stand and where to focus next.
