Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).
• Open for 3rd – 4th year student in human resource/ business administration/ or marketing.
• Can do the design basic via Canva, etc.
• Be comfortable with English writing and speaking.
• Public speaking, hard-working, multitasking, team-oriented.

Mô tả công việc

• Training tasks
• Support the full Training Lifecycle as detailed below:
• Manage E-Training platform
• Design training artwork
• Follow up training schedule (from start to end), send reminders to trainees and trainers
• Organize and coordinate training events
• Prepare training rooms (Room, facilities etc)
• Prepare training materials
• Coordinate with HR Generalist & HRM all training events
• Summarize feedback forms and make reports, training test
• Support drafting training content, training tests
• Internal Communication tasks
• Propose ideas and support to organize company events / internal events.
• Translate & design posters for Internal communication activities.
• Support for data collection & filing documents.
• Tracking POSM for IC and Training events.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (monthly reports, etc).
• Completing ad-hoc tasks as requested by the managers.
