Job Description Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Internal Communications & Culture Executive, $600, ID21265) 1. Event Planning & Coordination • Assist in planning and organizing internal culture programs, employee engagement activities, team-building events, CSR initiatives, and other company events. • Coordinate event schedules, budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth execution. • Support on-site event operations and ensure activities are delivered according to approved plans and timelines. 2. Content Creation & Design • Develop creative communication materials to support company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs. • Design and update visual content, including posters, presentations, videos, and event-related materials. • Ensure all communication materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. 3. Employee Engagement • Support employee engagement activities through event hosting, communication, registration management, and activity facilitation. • Encourage employee participation and contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee experience. 4. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare employee feedback surveys and post-event reports. • Maintain event records, participation data, photos, and related documentation.. Requirement • Male/Female. Under 35 years old • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Major in HR, Business Administration, Design) • Have 2-3 years of experience in related fields such as Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, Event Management, or Design. • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
