• Internal Communications & Employer Branding (60%)
• Produce, and manage video content on the official TikTok channel to enhance the company's employer brand visibility and candidate reach.
• Create and distribute engaging content for social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok
• Stay updated on communication trends to apply effectively in company activities.
• Corporate with Talent Acquisition Team to design and executive campaigns, minigames, and other events aimed at enhancing employer branding and attracting talents.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication plan on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, align employees with key company messages through newsletters, announcements and presentations.
• Internal events (40%)
• Develop concepts & communications for internal events
• Manage and monitor event execution to ensure alignment with plans and goals.
• Execute internal engagement programs, including vendor sourcing, negotiation and event logistics.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in internal communication/engagement field.
• Can-do attitude with team-work spirit
• Sociable and be able to connect others
• MC skills are a plus.
