Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven at least 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, or a similar role
- Familiarity with basic Canva, Capcut, Adobe is a plus
- BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Creativity and problem-solving attitude, attention to details
- Ability to work well under pressure
Mô tả công việc
- Communications (60%):
- Lead the execution of ZEE‘s branding strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Create and oversee external communications, including press releases, speeches, and media responses; act as the company‘s spokesperson when required.
- Monitor media trends and communication performance, providing recommendations to optimize brand impact.
- Develop and manage content strategies for ZEE‘s digital platforms, including the TikTok channel
- Internal events (40%):
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop concepts & communications for internal events and employer branding initiatives
- Plan and execute internal engagement programs, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, event logistics.
- Lead internal communications to align employees with key company messages through newsletters, announcements and presentations.
