• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in content creation is preferred
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding and confidence with using platforms such as (but not limited to) Canva, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, WordPress, GetResponse...
• Understanding of and confidence in using AI as an assistant
• Bachelor degree level qualification in communications, marketing, business or related field
• Able to deal with external and internal customers in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
• Demonstrate a growth-mindset
• A collaborative mindset to share, lead, and learn from colleagues
• Fluency in English (IELTS 7.5+)
• Good understanding and passion for marketing & communication.
• Excellent attention to detail

Mô tả công việc

• Strategic Communications
• Develop and execute international PR and communications strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Build compelling narratives and messaging frameworks for corporate, brand, executive, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Media Relations
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and contributors across international media outlets.
• Develop media outreach strategies and secure earned media coverage in target publications.
• Manage media inquiries, interviews, briefings, and press opportunities.
• Monitor media trends and identify emerging opportunities for clients.
• Content Development
• Lead the creation of press releases, bylined articles, executive commentaries, media pitches, Q&As, speeches, and communication materials.
• Ensure all content meets international editorial standards and audience expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and transform complex topics into compelling stories.
• Reporting & Measurement
• Track media performance and campaign outcomes.
• Analyze coverage quality, messaging impact, and business relevance.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.

• Salary : 15.000.000 đ/tháng + thưởng doanh thu
• Đóng BH full lương, Nghỉ phép năm 20 ngày
• Review tăng lương 6 tháng/lần
