Summary Want to kickstart your career in communications with real, hands-on experience? At Jolen Consulting, we do more than just write press releases – we help brands grow, protect, and stay relevant. As a Junior Executive, you’ll be part of a fast-moving team working on local and regional PR campaigns for corporate, consumer, and purpose-driven brands. Your day-to-day might include: · Monitoring media and social conversations · Digging into market research and turning findings into insights · Drafting and translating press materials, client documents, and reports · Supporting social media content calendars and strategies · Requesting and negotiating supplier quotations · Brainstorming and building inputs for communications proposals · Working directly with Directors and Managers across projects and clients · Helping with administrative and behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the agency running We’ve got your back with: · 🧭 A Day 1 orientation to get you settled in · 🎤 At least one media training session during your internship · 🛠 On-the-job learning tailored to your strengths · 📈 A personalized growth plan · 💬 Check-ins at the start and end of your internship for feedback & future direction By the end of the internship, you’ll be able to: · Confidently navigate how a PR agency operates · Plan and execute a small to mid-scale comms campaign with minimal supervision · Potentially secure a full-time offer, if you’re the right fit Requirements We’re looking for curious, driven minds who are ready to roll up their sleeves and learn by doing. You should be: · A final-year student or fresh graduate (able to commit full-time) · Creative, proactive, and responsible · Great at writing and presenting ideas in both Vietnamese and English · Detail-oriented, analytical, and not afraid of a little research · Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Excited to work in a dynamic, international-facing environment · Bonus points if you’re tech-savvy and have experience or interest in AI tools for communication, research, or content creation At Jolen, we value growth, ownership, and positive energy.
