I need an experienced Meta Ads specialist to turn my Facebook and Instagram presence into a steady source of qualified leads for our online rent-agreement service. The offer is simple: tenants and property owners can draft and register legally compliant rental contracts in minutes without visiting a government office. Your job is to put this promise in front of the right users and capture their contact details so my sales team can close them. Here’s what I’m expecting from you: • Research-backed audience targeting that zeroes in on both tenants and landlords actively searching for rental paperwork solutions. • Compelling ad copy and scroll-stopping creatives tailored to each segment. • Full campaign build-out in Ads Manager—including pixel/events setup, optimized lead forms, and conversion tracking. • Ongoing optimisation (budget allocation, A/B testing, bid adjustments) to keep cost-per-lead low while volume grows. • Weekly performance reports with clear next-step recommendations. Acceptance criteria: campaigns must be live within five days after assets are approved, and the first 20 qualified leads should come in at or below the target CPL we set during kickoff.
