I want to roll out a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaign aimed squarely at driving leads and in-store sales from shoppers in my immediate area. The focus is retail, so every creative, audience segment, and bid strategy must speak to people who live nearby and are ready to buy now. Scope of work • Strategy & audience build-out in Meta Ads Manager, using tight geographic targeting around my store’s location. • Creative development—static images, short videos, and copy that highlight current promotions and store benefits. • Pixel and Conversions API configuration to track walk-in leads and online actions tied to those local shoppers. • Continuous A/B testing on placements, objectives, and creatives to keep cost per lead low while scaling volume. • Weekly optimisation and transparent reporting that shows spend, reach, CTR, cost-per-lead, and attributed sales. Acceptance criteria 1. Ads go live within one week of project start. 2. Cost per lead meets or beats the local retail benchmark we set during kickoff. 3. Clear evidence of at least two successful test iterations (creative or audience) in the first month. 4. Reports delivered every Friday in PDF or Google Data Studio format.
