- 3 years’ working experience as same role in factory environment
- Work experience
- Experience in programming languages, network, database and IT matter incl. international standard
- Possess knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine learning approaches, data mining, clustering and classification techniques, recommendation and optimization algorithms
- Degree: Bachelor's degree
- Major: Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, electronics, automation
- Analytical Thinking
- C#, NET Framework, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework and SQL Server/Oracle

- Identify manufacturing pain points and business needs, propose suitable digital or AI solutions, and drive implementation to support production, quality, engineering, and operations
- Lead the implementation, rollout, and adoption of digital solutions (MES, applications, automation, AI, low-code, or ready-made tools). Ensure solutions work properly and deliver expected business value
- Work with production, quality, engineering, vendors, and IT/software teams to gather requirements, align priorities, solve issues, and ensure successful delivery
- Share knowledge, promote good digital practices, and support users and teams in adopting digital tools, systems, and new ways of working.
- Support manufacturing improvement by using data, reports, automation, and AI opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, traceability, and operational performance.
