Mô tả công việc
- Marketing Budget Management:
- Track and update marketing expenses in the system.
- Assist in budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments, verify invoices, and manage expense approvals.
- Contract & Administrative Management:
- Prepare and review contracts in compliance with internal procedures before approval.
- Monitor contract progress and maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and related documents.
- Operations Support:
- Support the Marketing team in event coordination and operational logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth marketing operations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- WHAT'S IDEAL TO US
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Finance Operations, Procurement, Administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial or contract management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
