Married female above 35 candidate only I’m looking for an experienced, mature woman who can stand beside me as I grow our line of educational products for children aged roughly 5-12. The work is varied but always linked to sales and marketing: you will dig up reliable print and packaging vendors, keep our Instagram and Facebook feeds lively and on-brand, make the quick tele-calls that keep partners warm, and stay on top of the daily tasks that come in from Amazon and Flipkart—pricing tweaks, inventory checks, listing updates, and simple report pulls. You’ll be the extra pair of organised hands every busy senior manager wishes she had. If you are a married female above 35, all the better; and if you’re a mum to little ones (0–9 years), your instinctive understanding of what delights kids will be a real asset here. Key outputs I’ll look for each week: • A concise content calendar and the accompanying posts/reels for both Instagram and Facebook • A vetted shortlist of suppliers with quotes, lead times, and basic terms • A brief status sheet showing calls made, marketplace actions completed, and any blockers Comfort with Meta Business Suite, basic spreadsheet work, and clear spoken English or Hindi on the phone will let you hit the ground running.
