• Plan content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Write captions, posts, short video scripts, and promotional content for services.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce content.
• Social Media Management
• Manage and develop the brand's social media channels.
• Monitor content effectiveness, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
• Partnership & KOL/KOC
• Find and work with suitable KOLs/KOCs, influencers, and partners.
• Monitor the effectiveness of each campaign.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Monitor marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports on social media, campaign revenue, and performance.
• Collaborate with the operations department to implement promotional programs based on business data and customer behavior.
• Creative thinking and good aesthetic sense, especially in the beauty/lifestyle field.
• Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all channels.
• Manage collaboration and partnership programs.
• Strong communication and content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Keep up with new trends to apply to communication strategies.
