Marketing Executive

• Have at least 1-2 years of working experience as Marketing position
• Plan and run digital campaigns such as product launches, seasonal promotions, dealer programs, and trade events to increase traffic, leads, and sales.
• Track campaign performance across online and offline channels, spot areas for improvement, and recommend ways to optimize.
• Measure effectiveness and campaign return on investment (ROI) to ensure targets and business goals are met.
• Design marketing materials and sales collaterals, and prepare promotional items. Create and deliver creative design and video projects to strengthen brand visibility.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud (Ex: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator..) and Marketing Automation System (HubSpot…)
• Proficiency in computer (word, excel, power point, etc)
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
• Propose marketing activities to connect with both B2B, B2C, build brand awareness, and generate leads on key platforms.
• Translate and format marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, etc…)
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the National Marketing and Business Development Manager.
• Problem solving, minutes taking skills
• Good presentation skills in both speaking and writing
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
• Having good command of Japanese culture.
• Ability to work under pressure with good time management skill to meet deadline
• Analysis, synthesis, results and detail oriented skills
• Good communication and negotiation
• Proactive and independent at work, can-do attitude, open mind in learning new knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work independently
