• To deliver high-level, quality and innovative business development and marketing strategies
• KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• List the key responsibility areas, the major activities and the outcomes that must be completed and achieved so that the job purpose is fulfilled. Document the estimated weightage of each activity in a year.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Preparing monthly reports to BOD including IP & C&R (Monthly report, Operation report, Steering Committee, and group performance report)
• Reserving/booking land
• Circulating and taking note LOO/ LA and HO
• Organizing & storing paperwork, docs and computer-base information
• Assist with the annual audit (internal & external audit)
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
• Participate in Seminars, events, conferences, fairs and etc. for promoting and seeking for prospects
• Seeking for prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies, mass media, and the internet
• Propose specific package to be offered to different prospects
• Study carefully prospects in order to have effective approach
• Offer prospect assigned information on VSIPCT
• Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
• Booking rooms and conference facilities
• Educational qualifications / expertise:
• University graduated
• Language proficiency: English or others
• Good at power point, excel, world
• Customer-oriented
• Pro active and dynamic
• At least 3 year experience
• Good languages skills
• Good public speaking and presentation skills
• Good office computer skill
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good cross-cultural communication skill
