Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, banquets, or guest services in a hotel environment
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns
Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and hotel website
Coordinate with design teams and agencies to produce marketing materials (flyers, banners, videos, etc.)
Monitor and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, responding to comments and messages
Support public relations efforts, including press releases, media coordination, and influencer engagement
Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, and Spa departments to promote seasonal offers and events
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
Assist in organizing hotel-sponsored events, photo shoots, and community activities
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences
Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and hotel standards
