Objectives: 1. Be able to apply Marketing Knowledge in real life, especially Integrated Marketing Communication 2. Understand about Beauty Industry and basic principles of marketing for Beauty Brands 3. Understand about workplace culture and be able to coordinate with others professionally Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Activities • Competitors’ research • Create social contents: Caption & Visual • Online Media & KOLs Tracking • Social Activities Report: Media & Report • Brand events’ operation 2. Marketing Operation • Process marketing documents 3. Result Expectation • Understand well about brand’s DNA, position, equity, target audience, and strategy • Be able to plan Contents Strategy • Be able report about Media Performance & KOL’s Performance • Be able to do thorough competitors’ research • University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. • Strong interest in marketing, retail, and consumer behavior. • Good analytical and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • Passion for beauty and consumer trends is a plus. • Availability for a full-time internship (preferred).
