Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Strong hands-on skill in producing and editing image and short-video content, specifically for TikTok and Meta ads.
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
• An eye for visual trends on TikTok and Instagram/Facebook.
• 4th-year university student (able to commit part-time hours during the internship).
• Bold, out-of-the-box creative thinking - you're not afraid to pitch the wild idea.
• Comfortable working independently, able to take a brief, figure out the execution, and deliver quality work without hand-holding.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive in communication.

• Meri Dessert built its name as a small shop with one killer product: our tiramisu.
• That chapter is closing.
• We're becoming a 3-trick wonder — the go-to destination for the most complex, high-quality desserts in the country, a genuine pedestal for quality.
• That shift needs to show up everywhere: our image, our ads, our branding story, our website, all of it.
• We're looking for a young talent to help us tell that story, someone who can join as an intern for 3 months and grow into a full-time role shaping how Meri Dessert looks, sounds, and feels.

• This role is highly hands-on: you'll work directly on the company's real marketing materials, not mock projects or theoretical exercises.
• You'll report directly to the Marketing Director and produce content that goes straight into our live TikTok and Meta ad campaigns.
• You'll see your work running as actual ads, track how it performs, and adjust based on real results.
• We're looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver without needing constant supervision.

Quyền lợi

• This is a paid internship with an allowance of VND 3,000,000/month for the first 3 months. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and initiative will be offered a full-time position at Meri Dessert after this period.
