• At least five years of practical marketing experience.
• Strong digital marketing, content and social-media experience.
• Experience with paid advertising, budgets and performance analysis.
• B2B or international marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience in aquaculture, animal feed, agriculture, biotechnology or food is an advantage.
• Able to combine strategy with hands-on implementation.
• Able to direct designers, video producers and agencies.
• Creative, independent, flexible and commercially minded.
• Good English and Vietnamese communication.

Mô tả công việc

• We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to build INNOVEGA’s brand and turn technical product advantages into clear, attractive customer content.
• You will:
• Develop and implement our marketing strategy for Asia.
• Build a strong brand around insect nutrition, biotechnology and aquaculture.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zalo, TikTok, Line, YouTube and our website.
• Develop product flyers, presentations, campaigns and sales materials.
• Plan short videos and coordinate filming, editing and production.
• Manage paid campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Select and coordinate agencies, freelancers and creative partners.
• Manage marketing budgets, content schedules and campaign performance.
• Work directly with the CEO, Sales and technical teams.
• Continuously develop ideas that generate customer interest and sales.
• This is not only an agency-management position. You should understand content, contribute your own ideas and ensure professional execution.
