• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams
• Strong experience driving measurable pipeline growth through events, tradeshows, partner campaigns, and field marketing
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and cross-functional initiatives
• Experience owning website performance, conversion optimization, and organic growth
• Experience building scalable lead generation engines in fast-growth technology companies
• Experience managing G2, Capterra, review platforms, and digital demand generation campaigns
• Experience managing multi-language localization and regional content adaptation
• Deep understanding of reseller/distributor ecosystems and partner-led growth models
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in lead funnels, KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and marketing attribution
• Strong understanding of event-driven demand generation and partner enablement
• Familiarity with SDR management and outbound lead generation strategies
• Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and paid digital advertising (PPC / paid social)
• Required Qualifications:
• Proven success in channel marketing, partner marketing, and lead generation
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours to support global partners and teams
