I need a hands-on marketing manager who can take charge of both social media and email marketing for my company. Because of time-zone overlap and market familiarity, I will only consider professionals based in the United States or Western Europe. Social Media Your core mission is to generate qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I already have active profiles, but they lack a cohesive funnel. You’ll refine the content calendar, craft high-converting ad campaigns, and set up tracking so we can measure CPL and overall ROI. Email Marketing You’ll also own our email channel—planning nurture sequences, writing persuasive copy, and segmenting the list so that every send supports the lead-generation goal you’re driving on social. Familiarity with major ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) is expected; let me know which one you prefer and why. Collaboration & Reporting • Propose a 90-day roadmap with clear milestones. • Meet with me weekly over Zoom to review metrics and adjust tactics. • Deliver concise KPI reports that highlight lead volume, cost per lead, and next steps.
