- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidates with mixed experience in sales and marketing are preferred.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and excellent digital skills.
- Good excel skill (analysis data, forecast & sales performance tracking)
- Reporting Manager: Sr. Product Manager
- Carry out projects, data analysis, market research and undertake key activities as directed, to assist in the development, administration and implementation of marketing programs for assigned products & therapies.
- Preparing materials for product brochures, sales presentations, sales data analysis, and forecasting.
- Planning and executing marketing activities within the approved operating expense budget.
- Assisting the manager in analyzing the competitive environment and developing a sustainable competitive strategy for Vantive Vietnam.
- Managing key strategic projects that engage cross-functional team members to ensure implementation of the strategy and delivery of performance.
- Building partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand and product credibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistent performance in sales or marketing.
- Motivated to drive for results.
- Execution excellence to drive marketing activities and support sales execution.
- Good Project management.
- Strong commitment to Vantive Code of Conduct (Ethics and Compliance).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Good interpersonal skill and a team player.

- Job Scope: Drive marketing activities and execution excellence for Kidney Care Viet Nam.
- Job Descriptions:
- Coordinating events for the Marketing and Sales teams (25 employees).
- Managing change for the spin-off completion and PD distributor change.
- Serving as system administrator for Grant, AdProm, Coupa, and BSM for the commercial team.
- Other projects may be assigned by the manager.
