• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual communication is essential).

• Self-Motivated: Strong organizational and time-management skills to work independently during the 4-hour daily window.

Mô tả công việc

• We are seeking an organized, proactive Marketing & Student Support Assistant to oversee our daily social media presence and act as the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled students.
• This role is vital in converting inquiries into registrations and maintaining high student engagement across all channels.
• Social Media & Content Management:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging bilingual content (Reels, Posts, Stories) primarily on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Highlight retreat highlights, student testimonials, lineage background, course benefits, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Monitor trends, maintain brand aesthetic, and optimize reach across the European and international wellness community.
• Student Inquiries & Community Management:
• Provide daily customer support by promptly answering direct messages (DMs), comments, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Communicate program curriculum, prerequisites, accommodation options, and certification details to prospective applicants.
• Admissions & Registration Support:
• Guide prospective students through the booking funnel, assisting with registration forms, deposit payments, and payment plans.
• Send onboarding information, schedules, and welcome packs to confirmed participants.
• Track lead status and enrollment numbers, reporting updates weekly to the director.
