Mô tả công việc

• Plan, negotiate, and execute paid media campaigns across social channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Research audience insights and identify the best channels and formats for each campaign.
• Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, new ad tools, and competitive benchmarks.
