• Meta Ads & Lead Generation
• Create, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Generate genuine and relevant travel leads
• Set up proper audience targeting and retargeting
• Test different audiences, creatives and offers
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, leads and conversions
• Recommend suitable advertising budgets
• Identify which destinations/packages should be promoted
• Manage Instagram and Facebook
• Create original travel posts, reels and carousels
• Promote travel packages, destinations and special offers
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image
• Prepare a monthly content strategy/calendar
• Suggest new and trending travel content ideas
• Website & Conversion
• Review our website and suggest improvements for lead generation
• Recommend suitable landing pages and offers for campaigns
• Suggest improvements to enquiry forms and WhatsApp CTAs
• Provide basic SEO recommendations where required
• Reporting & Strategy
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
• Clearly explain advertising spend, leads, CPL and campaign performance
• Suggest improvements based on results
• Help build a long-term digital marketing strategy

• Work will primarily be remote.
• I am based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• I strongly prefer a Jaipur-based freelancer so that we can have occasional in-person meetings when required.
• Jaipur-based candidates will be given preference.
• Budget
• ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month, excluding advertising spend.
• The Meta/Google advertising budget will be separate and paid directly by me.
• If the results are good, I am interested in building a long-term working relationship and increasing the marketing budget as the business grows.
• Who I Am Looking For
• I am not looking for someone who only creates social media posts.
• I need a hands-on person who understands:

• Campaign optimization

• Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels or tourism businesses will be an advantage.
