Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related fields
- We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Performance Advertising to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- KOL / Influencer Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and build a network of relevant KOLs/Influencers aligned with the brand
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and manage KOL partnerships
- Track and evaluate campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Collaborate with content and product teams to improve conversion rates
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers/creators
- Affiliate Marketing
- Build and scale affiliate programs (publishers, partners, networks)
- Manage and optimize affiliate partner performance
- Monitor ROI and handle fraud detection if necessary
- Strong negotiation and partner management skills
- Experience in eCommerce, mobile apps, or startup environments
- Existing network of KOLs or affiliate partners
- Growth hacking mindset
