I’m looking for a reliable extra pair of hands who can move seamlessly between light accounting work and simple content-creation tasks whenever I need them. Accounting scope You’ll work in both Excel and Tally. The immediate focus is on recording journal entries and posting them to the ledgers with zero-error accuracy. I may occasionally ask for other routine items—such as invoice data entry—so being comfortable with core bookkeeping workflows in Tally is essential. Data-entry scope Much of the raw information still sits in PDFs and scanned documents. I’ll pass you those files and you’ll: • copy-paste cleanly into the correct cells or paragraphs, • transfer figures or text from document to Excel sheets, and • re-type or paste material into Word templates. Consistency in formatting and a sharp eye for typos are what matter most here. Content support When the numbers are quiet, I’ll send over short writing assignments: a quick article for the blog, a snappy product description, or a few engaging social-media captions. Clear, natural English with a friendly tone is all that’s required—no heavy SEO tactics. How we’ll work Tasks will arrive in small batches. I’ll outline each one in a shared Google Doc or via email, confirm the deadline, and expect the finished file returned in the original format (Excel workbook, Tally backup, Word file, or plain text). Accuracy in the books and readability in the copy are the two yardsticks for acceptance.
