Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and tracking tools.
  • Creative ad content skills (e.g., compelling headlines, descriptions).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, bidding strategies, and digital marketing trends.
  • 3+ years managing ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, or YouTube, preferably in education or e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Good English skills are a plus.
  • Nice-to-have: Certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)

Mô tả công việc

  • Launch ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google, Zalo, and YouTube to drive target audiences.
  • Optimize budgets for CPL, CPA, and ROAS using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
  • Build marketing funnels and remarketing strategies to increase conversions.
  • Analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and report insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams on engaging ad content for customers.
  • Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on ad trends, algorithms.
