Please start by confirming that you can successfully access our Facebook and Instagram business profiles; login verification is the very first milestone because the previous hire could not pass that step. Once access is confirmed, you’ll move straight into weekly management. Scope of work • Receive raw images and video clips from our internal team in a dedicated Discord channel. • Apply light video editing—trimming, basic transitions, captions, and aspect-ratio tweaks—before each piece goes live. • Publish a minimum of two posts per week on both Facebook and Instagram through Creator Studio or Business Suite. • Monitor comments and direct messages daily, responding in our brand voice or flagging anything that needs my input. Time commitment is roughly six hours spread across the week, so efficient scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) and solid time management will be valued. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editors is a plus, but feel free to use any workflow that delivers polished, on-brand visuals and snappy, typo-free captions. Deliverables accepted each week 1. Confirmed login screenshot. 2. Edited media files stored in our shared Discord folder. 3. Scheduled post report showing dates/times for at least two Facebook and two Instagram posts. 4. DM and comment interaction summary (quick bullet points are fine). If you’re comfortable logging in from your location and keeping this light but consistent schedule, I’d love to see a sample grid or short reel you’ve produced so I can gauge editing style and tone alignment.
