• 1.5 - 3 years creating content or video for e-commerce, D2C, a performance agency, or your own affiliate / TikTok Shop projects.
• Proficient in CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva to a fully independent editing standard
• Able to integrate AI tools into your production workflow
• Working understanding of how Meta and Google Ads operate, and the ability to read a dashboard at creative level.
• Graduated from Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Good at expressing brand messages through words and visuals
• Strong English reading comprehension for trend research and content aimed at international markets.

Mô tả công việc

• Produce short-form video ads (10-30s) and static ads against weekly output targets, owning the full process from concept to export.
• Write ad copy for Meta and Google and captions for social channels.
• Work with the Performance team to track metrics (hook rate, CTR or CVR) at the individual creative level; propose and execute A/B variants.
• Maintain and update the content calendar for Social (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) in line with the direction agreed with project lead.
• Coordinate with Project Management, freelancers, and KOCs when scaling output.

• Working time: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm - lunch break from 12pm to 1:30pm)
