Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance analysis, preferably in Ecommerce or Consumer Tech.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee Ads, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to interpret data and optimize performance based on insights.
- Campaign efficiency and budget utilization.
- Quality and timeliness of performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- KPIs
- GMV growth contribution through paid media.
- Achievement of ROAS, CPC, CPA, and traffic targets.
- Collaboration and innovation in marketing optimization.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-department coordination skills.
