Performance Marketing Specialist

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads with specific budget.
• Experience managing Affiliate or Agency channels.
• Experience with MMP platforms such as Airbridge, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly paid marketing plans across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and day-to-day campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve acquisition efficiency and business results.
• Manage and evaluate Affiliate/Agency performance, ensuring campaigns meet agreed KPIs and cost targets.
• Manage MMP platforms such as Airbridge and AppsFlyer, including attribution, tracking setup, campaign mapping, and data validation.
• Good understanding of acquisition funnel and marketing KPIs.
• Ability to manage budgets, and campaign performance.
• Understanding of mobile attribution, tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including Installs, CPI, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Bookings.
• Other duties assigned by the Line Manager
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
