- I'm an independent film director building a personal brand across social media, collaborations, and industry visibility. I have a rough brand direction, but need someone to own the strategy and execution end-to-end — not just post content, but actively grow my presence and open doors.
- Brand strategy
- Develop a positioning and content strategy aligned to my directorial niche and long-term goals (festival visibility, industry credibility, future project financing)
- Build a quarterly content calendar tying together platform content, and collaboration pushes
- Content creation & publishing
- Edit raw footage into reels/short-form posts, design feed posts in Canva using my brand palette
- Identify and reach out to relevant collaborators: DPs, actors, editors, other emerging directors, brands doing narrative-led work
- Research and pitch me for relevant film/creative podcasts, YouTube interviews, and industry newsletters
- Reporting
- Monthly report: what was published, growth metrics, outreach pipeline status, upcoming opportunities
- 2-3 examples of creative clients you've built brand strategy for

- My goals and target audience (producers, festival programmers, collaborators, industry peers)
- What I need from you:
- Recommend which platforms/formats are worth my time vs. not
- Write on-brand captions from prompts/details I provide
- Schedule and publish 2-4x/week, plus daily Stories
- Collaborations & outreach
- Draft outreach messages/pitches on my behalf for potential collabs, cross-posts, or joint projects
- Track outreach in a simple pipeline (who contacted, status, follow-up dates)
- Podcasts & press
- Draft pitch emails and a one-page press kit (bio, reel, headshot, past coverage)
- Prep me with talking points before appearances
- Ideal candidate:
- Track record of landing guest spots, features, or collaborations for a client (please share examples)
- An example of a collaboration, podcast placement, or press feature you helped land
- Proposed monthly rate and how you'd structure the first 30 days
- Your approach to keeping a director's voice authentic while still being strategic
