- Strong knowledge in:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Skills & Competencies
- Plastic & sheet metal manufacturing
- PCB integration & soldering
- DFMEA, DFM
- Good problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred: Experience in connectors or cable assemblies
- Preferred: Mechanical Design / Manufacturing Engineering
- Mandarin is a plus

Mô tả công việc
- We are looking for a
- Product Development Engineer (Launch)
- to drive the design and development of
- high-speed cable assemblies
- , ensuring smooth product launch and close collaboration between Design Center and Manufacturing.
- New Product Development & Launch
- Support development and industrialization of IO External cable products
- Review product concepts with manufacturing team and assess feasibility/capability
- Conduct technical analysis (POC, failure analysis) and propose solutions
- Drive activities related to FOT, FSV, DVP&R testing
- Partner with Process Engineering to ensure product quality and design intent
- Act as the bridge between Design Center and Manufacturing to remove barriers
- Sustaining Engineering
- Support products in mass production and launch phase
- Investigate and resolve customer quality issues to ensure product reliability
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and yield improvement
- Implement product modifications and extensions to expand market opportunities
- Collaborate with local and global suppliers for product development
- Execution Excellence
- Support design and execution of new products to achieve faster time-to-market
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
