• Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or Product Graphic Design.
• Experience in Packaging Design, Product Graphics, and Surface Pattern Design.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in Packaging, Product Graphics, or Consumer Products.
• Good understanding of Color Palette Development and basic knowledge of CMF (Color, Material & Finish).
• Knowledge of printing processes, packaging production, and production artwork preparation.
• KeyShot (Basic knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Research color trends from Korea, Japan, and Europe.
• Prepare files for offset, flexographic, and digital printing.
• Research & Trend Analysis
• Research design trends in Korea, Japan, and Europe.
• Software Skills / Required
• Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)
• Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)
• 3D Software (Preferred)
• Autodesk Fusion 360
• Rhinoceros (Rhino)

• Strong sense of layout, typography, color harmony, and visual communication.

• Create infographics and product communication graphics.

• Packaging Design
• Design packaging for household and kitchenware products.
• Design paper boxes, sleeves, labels, stickers and hangtags.
• Design POSM materials, catalogs, and sales collateral.
• Design surface patterns for:
• Beveraware
• Lunch Boxes
• Cookware
• Textiles
• Additional responsibilities:
• Create pattern systems that align with the Brand Identity.
• Color Design
• Create Color Stories for seasonal and product collections.
• Work with Pantone, CMYK, and RGB color systems while ensuring color accuracy during production.
• Prepare production-ready artwork.
• Create and verify packaging die-lines.
• Brand Design
• Design product icons and graphic symbols.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends.
• Collect reference materials related to:
• Color
• Pattern
• Packaging
• Consumer product design
• Collaborate closely with:
• Marketing
• Sales
• Printing Vendors
• Suppliers
