Product Marketing Manager

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management (prior experience in Pet Care, FMCG, or Animal Nutrition is strongly preferred).
• Portfolio & Brand Strategy:
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pet owner behavioral studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Go-To-Market & Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade, and offline channels to boost brand awareness and product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging and strong execution at the point of sale (pet shops, vet clinics, e-commerce).
• Monitor product performance metrics, sales volume, and campaign ROI, adjusting tactics as needed to hit business targets.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies to revitalize, optimize, and expand the market share of current pet product lines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to refine product positioning, packaging, and feature enhancements based on market feedback.
• Language Skills: Conversational English (ability to communicate, write basic reports, and collaborate with internal/external partners in English).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
