SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR & ORGANIC GROWTH MANAGER – UK PROPTECH STARTUP
We're launching a new UK proptech company and are looking for someone to take ownership of our social media presence.
Our social accounts are NEW, so you'll be helping build the audience from the beginning.
Main platforms:

- Your role will include
- Creating an organic social media growth strategy
- Creating original content yourself – we will NOT be supplying all the photos/videos/material for you
- Creating Reels and short-form videos
- Designing posts and carousels
- Creating regular Stories
- Writing captions, hooks and CTAs
- Scheduling and publishing content
- Managing the accounts
- Engaging with relevant accounts and audiences
- Responding to appropriate comments
- Researching trends and content opportunities
- Developing new content ideas without waiting for us to tell you what to make
- Reviewing analytics and improving content based on performance
- GOAL:
- Build a genuine, relevant UK audience organically before and after launch.
- We are NOT interested in:
- Bought followers
- Bots
- Fake engagement
- Follow/unfollow tactics
- Spam
- We want someone creative who can take our brand, website and product information and independently turn it into high-quality social content.
- Experience with UK audiences, property, PropTech, startups or lifestyle brands is a bonus.

- Những cam kết kéo dài nhiều tháng rất khó rút lui khi có trục trặc — thay vì dồn toàn bộ thù lao về cuối hợp đồng, hãy thoả thuận nhận lương theo tuần hoặc theo từng đợt bàn giao để rủi ro luôn ở mức chịu được.
