I want to turn the inactive names sitting in my database into active, buying customers again. The single metric that matters to me is more sales, so every decision in this project—copy, design, timing, automation rules—should support that goal. The focus is a customer-re-engagement sequence aimed exclusively at inactive customers. I already have the contact list; what I need is an expert who can translate that raw data into a well-structured win-back flow that feels personal, re-establishes brand trust, and drives clicks straight to checkout. Here’s what I expect to receive: • A short audit of my existing list and any past campaigns to identify quick wins • A segmentation plan that isolates the inactive segment and suppresses anyone likely to complain or unsubscribe • A multi-email re-engagement sequence (subject lines, copy, basic design/layout) that escalates urgency without sounding spammy • Complete setup inside my ESP of choice—Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar platform—using tags, triggers, and timing rules • A/B tests for subject lines or offers, documented so I can understand exactly what’s being tested • Clear performance tracking: open rate, click-through, and, most importantly, revenue attributed to the sequence I’ll consider the job complete when the flow is live, the metrics dashboard is connected, and I have a brief walkthrough that lets me tweak or expand the sequence on my own.
