I oversee a pipeline of high-value real estate developments and need a marketing partner who already knows how to speak the language of investors. Your mission is to keep both private and institutional prospects informed, excited, and eager to participate in each raise. Scope of work Instagram is the primary social channel, so every post must be crafted for that feed first, using eye-catching images with clear text overlays that highlight returns, timelines, and project milestones. I’ll also rely on you to draft and schedule email sequences whose main purpose is ongoing project updates and engagement—think progress photos, construction milestones, quarterly performance snapshots, and upcoming tranche announcements. Beyond the feed and the inbox, I still need polished project videos and data-rich infographics for the website and pitch decks. Key deliverables • 8–10 Instagram posts per month (static image + text overlay, sized for feed & story) • 2 branded email templates and a 4-part update sequence (Mailchimp or similar) • 1 short explainer video (≈60 s) and 1 investor-grade infographic per project What will make you a great fit • Demonstrated success marketing to accredited or institutional investors • Strong design chops in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva; comfortable editing short clips in Premiere/Final Cut or similar • Clear, proactive communication—weekly check-ins and quick turnaround on feedback are essential I’ll supply raw footage, financial highlights, and brand guidelines.
