Regional Marketing Manager

• Owns local execution — turning global strategy into locally relevant activity across all five pillars (product, brand & promotion, customer experience, digital and pricing excellence), in close collaboration with the central marketing team and within its standard guidelines.
• Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
• Localise global assets: adapt global campaigns, tools and creatives to regional and local-language requirements.
• Activate plans and drive execution close to the customer, translating the central calendar into a regional plan with the commercial teams.
• Enable frontline commercial teams on product, brand, digital and pricing excellence through local training and toolkits.
• Manage regional events: plan and run trade shows, seminars and market-facing activations across the region.
• Capture local market and customer insight and feed it back to the central pillars.
• Track regional marketing performance and support demand generation and pipeline in-region
• Essential:
• 8+ years of marketing execution / field-marketing experience in the relevant region.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Ability to localise and activate global campaigns and tools across all five pillars.
• Strong stakeholder management with commercial teams.
• Vietnamese and English fluency.
• Desirable:
• B2B / industrial or apparel-sector experience.
• Event and trade-show management experience.
• Exposure to digital marketing and pricing tools.
