- Send over a quick note outlining similar projects you’ve handled and the tools you prefer for copy, concepting and PDF editing.
- I’m coordinating everything remotely and will review drafts in rolling milestones, so clear communication and responsiveness will make this collaboration smooth for both of us.

- A full website refresh is underway and I need persuasive copy that moves visitors effortlessly from curiosity to conversion. Every headline, sub-head and CTA should capture our upbeat, energetic tone while staying crystal-clear about benefits.
- To support the copy, craft complementary visual ad concepts I can hand to the design team for banners, social placements and email headers. Think bold, scroll-stopping ideas rather than finished artwork.
- I’ll also share several existing PDFs—product sheets and presentation decks—that must be tightened up, re-worded where necessary and exported cleanly for immediate client use.
- There are no fixed brand guidelines yet, so you have complete creative freedom to set voice, rhythm and visual direction—just keep it vibrant and contemporary.
- Deliverables

- 3–5 visual ad concepts with short rationale
- Up-dated, perfectly formatted PDFs ready to publish
