Day-to-day publishing, visuals, and video production are already handled by an in-house team of content creators, photographers, editors, and designers. What’s missing is a strategic lead who can keep that machine running smoothly, tighten processes, and push performance further. You will coordinate everyone involved in Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, setting a clear workflow, deadlines, and feedback loop so posts go out on schedule and on message. Our current approach leans heavily on organic engagement, and it’s yielding solid traction; the next step is to refine that strategy, spot gaps, and introduce data-driven tactics that translate attention into booked appointments. Key deliverables • A streamlined weekly production calendar covering ideation through publication • KPI framework that links follower actions to booking conversions, reported monthly • Actionable strategy updates backed by platform insights and competitive trends • Ongoing guidance to the creative team to keep execution aligned with goals Success looks like shorter turnaround times, a cohesive cross-platform presence, and—most importantly—a measurable uptick in bookings traced back to social.
