- 3–4+ years in PR/communications, ideally with B2C or FMCG/Lifestyle brand experience
- Strong media relations and storytelling instincts — you know what makes a story land
- Comfortable working fast: tight deadlines, multiple accounts, shifting priorities
- Solid writer in both Vietnamese and English
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong client management skills
Mô tả công việc
- Account Management (30%)
- o Be the strategic partner for a portfolio of B2C, product-led brands — think fast-moving categories like food & beverage, beauty, and lifestyle sports.
- o Translate brand objectives into sharp PR strategies tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and trend-driven campaigns.
- o Spot cultural and consumer trends early, and turn them into media-worthy brand stories.
- Project Management (50%)
- o Own end-to-end execution of communications campaigns across PR, social, and influencer channels.
- o Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple fast-paced accounts — simultaneously and without dropping the ball.
- o Write and oversee PR materials: press releases, media pitches, product messaging, and B2C-focused content.
- o Leverage strong media and KOL relationships in lifestyle, beauty, F&B, FMCG and sports verticals to secure impactful coverage.
- o Track media performance and deliver clear, insightful reports to clients.
- People Management (20%)
- o Mentor junior team members and help build a team culture that's fast, curious, and trend-aware.
