• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce/digital marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as AccessTrade, Shopee/Lazada Affiliate, TikTok - Creator Marketplace, or in-house affiliate systems.
• Understanding of online travel dynamics, booking funnels, tracking tools, and affiliate performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CPA, conversion rate, repeat rate, LTV).
• Data-driven mindset with performance analysis skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital funnels is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or affiliate management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred

• We are looking for a result-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate marketing programs.
• This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through affiliate partnerships with publishers, KOLs, and affiliate networks.
• Manage and scale affiliate marketing programs across platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
• Work closely with product and dev teams to build in-house affiliate systems.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners, influencers (KOC/KOLs, content creators, publishers..), and affiliate networks.
• Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate activation campaigns, incentive programs to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, using data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and identify high-performing partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure program alignment with other marketing initiatives and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with program terms and prevent fraudulent practices.
• Other projects as needed by the business.
