• 2+ years of hands-on experience booking KOLs/KOCs, with TikTok experience strongly preferred.
• Established KOL/KOC network in the Vietnam market.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's operating mechanics, algorithm trends, and creator ecosystem.
• Basic data literacy — able to track and interpret creator performance metrics such as content output, GMV, and conversion.
• College degree or above; equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education.
• Able to communicate in English or Chinese.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable managing multiple creator relationships at once.
• Proactive, accountable, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate, influencer marketing, creator operations, MCN agencies, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with creators in fashion, luggage/travel goods, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG categories.
• Track record in creator outreach, sample management, or end-to-end affiliate campaign execution.

Mô tả công việc

• KOL/KOC & Affiliate Creator Sourcing
• Identify, shortlist, and book suitable KOLs/KOCs and affiliate creators aligned with each brand's target audience and product positioning.
• Build and grow a pipeline of TikTok creators through TikTok, social platforms, creator communities, MCN agencies, and other relevant channels.
• Leverage existing local creator/KOL network to accelerate outreach and booking cycles.
• Negotiation & Partnership Management
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, and content terms with KOLs/KOCs and manage the full cooperation lifecycle: outreach, product selection, sample delivery, content publishing, and post-campaign follow-up.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-performing creators to improve retention and repeat collaboration.
• Recommend suitable products and key selling points to creators based on their content style, audience profile, and past performance.
• Campaign & Affiliate Operations
• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop Affiliate operations, including creator matching, product promotion, sample management, commission communication, and campaign execution.
• Track content publishing progress to ensure creators deliver on time and in line with cooperation requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with business goals.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track key metrics — outreach volume, response rate, sample delivery, content output, GMV, and conversion — and report results regularly.
• Review creator performance to identify and prioritize high-potential partners for continued cooperation.
• Analyze underperforming collaborations and continuously refine creator selection, outreach approach, and negotiation strategy.
• Market Insight & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Stay current on TikTok trends, the local creator ecosystem, consumer preferences, and competitor affiliate activity.
• Share market and creator insights with the Affiliate Growth Supervisor and Content Team to help shape affiliate strategy.
