• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, and branding directions for brands.
• Create content plans, captions, and short-form video scripts for social media.
• Research automotive trends, products, and audience insights to develop relevant content.
• Lead content development from ideation to production, working closely with the Video and Creative teams.
• Monitor content performance and optimize content based on insights and trends.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Lead content direction and execution across assigned projects.
• JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and scriptwriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop content independently.
• Good teamwork and project management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
