Mô tả công việc
- Partner with Creative Planners and Art Directors to develop strong creative concepts and transform insights into breakthrough storytelling ideas across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Lead ideation sessions for Always-on and campaign projects, ensuring every concept aligns with brand purpose and audience mindset.
- Write and craft distinctive, emotionally resonant copy that amplifies brand voice and drives engagement across digital touchpoints.
- Shape and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in every word.
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure the copy works seamlessly with visual direction and user experience.
- Mentor junior copywriters, elevate creative quality, and contribute to the agency’s overall creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of content trends, cultural shifts, and digital formats to continuously push creative boundaries.
- WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of copywriting experience in a creative or digital agency, with a strong portfolio of multi-platform campaigns.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling ability — you don’t just write, you create ideas.
- Solid understanding of social media behaviors, content formats, and cultural nuances.
- Confident in presenting ideas and articulating creative rationale to both internal teams and clients.
- Strong command of English, with the ability to craft tone and style to fit different brands or audiences.
- Passionate, proactive, and always curious about what makes audiences connect, feel, and act.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
