• Responsibilities What you’ll do Build and run end-to-end media plans, from brand awareness to conversion across digital and offline channels Be the boss of the budget: plan, track, optimize, and recommend how to spend smarter Dive into dashboards and data, analyze performance, spot what’s working, and shape the next move Work closely with clients, internal teams, and regional partners to make sure everything flows smoothly and stays sharp Present campaign results with clarity, confidence, and ideas to grow bigger next round Keep your radar on, stay updated on the newest ad trends, tools, and tricks to keep us ahead of the curve Optimize bid strategy and media mix for best performance across platforms Qualifications Who this role is for You’ve worked in media/digital for 2–3 years and still want work in this industry You’ve got real hands-on experience with performance marketing or digital ad execution You’re confident with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager You love numbers, think in data, and can turn chaotic dashboards into clean, client-ready insights Detail-obsessed, sharp in follow-through, and always 2 steps ahead when managing campaigns
