Senior Employer Branding & Marketing Executive

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Internal Communications, or Corporate Marketing.
• Tech Industry Background: Experience in a fast-growing technology company or software development center.
• In-House Experience: Proven track record in building and scaling an employer brand or corporate culture in-house (preferably in a tech/software environment).
• Creative Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working closely with graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Project Management: Strong campaign planning, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Content Creation & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese; strong ability to craft narrative-driven content for diverse audiences.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Experience working with overseas regional teams.
• Event Management: Experience in planning and hosting tech meetups, webinars, or large-scale internal corporate events.
