About Metub Originals
Metub Originals is the original content studio under Metub Network, dedicated to developing entertainment IPs and digital-first content for today’s audiences.
We create original series, music projects, social formats, and branded entertainment that live across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging digital platforms.
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong design execution with the ability to lead visual concepts and shape creative direction across digital content and entertainment projects.

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in digital media, entertainment, creative agencies, or content production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity, campaign design, and digital content across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to develop visual concepts, not just execute design requests.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and platform-first design principles.
- Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and digital creators is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

- Lead Visual Direction
- Translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts, including moodboards, key visuals, visual identities, and design systems for original content, campaigns, and branded projects.
- Ensure every project has a distinctive and consistent visual language from concept through execution.
- Design & Deliver Creative Assets
- Create high-quality design assets across multiple digital touchpoints, including social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, thumbnails, posters, and promotional materials.
- Maintain strong craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail while delivering work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the production process - from ideation to final delivery - including Content, Production, and Distribution, to develop visuals that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Present design rationale, incorporate feedback effectively, and contribute proactively during brainstorming and creative reviews.
- Elevate Design Quality & Innovation
- Build reusable templates, guidelines, and visual systems that improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Stay informed on design trends, digital culture, and platform best practices, continuously introducing fresh visual approaches that strengthen Metub Originals’ creative output.
